Card using Stencils and Die Cuts

Card using Stencils and Die Cuts

"Create this gorgeous card using stencils, inks and die cutting” - Denise Holmes/em>

You will need:

Time to Make: 1+ Hours

Skill Level: Beginner - Intermediate

Step-by-step:

  1. Take your black card and gold glitter card, cut and mat on to your base white card. My measurements were Black (6.75 inches square. Gold 6.5 inches square) Stencilled topper (6 x 6 inches square)

  1. Take your stencil, ink through with a Blending Tool on to the white 6x6 piece of card using Vintage Photo Distress ink in design of your choice, I used the flower design.

  1. Ink around the edges with the Vintage Photo ink.

  1. Die cut the solid fox shape with cream card.

  1. Die cut the Fox, Flora and Fauna corner and sentiment of your choice using brown paper or card.

  1. Adhere your base layers and stencilled layer on to the card.

  1. Mat the detailed fox die cut on to the solid base layer, I used foam pads behind the detailed piece.

  1. Add the corner and sentiments using wet glue.

  1. Make a bow and add to top left corner

  1. Add black gems to the eyes of the fox to finish off.
