A well-known Cake International Judge since 2012, with more than 30 years of experience in the cake industry, multi-award-winning Cassie Brown is renowned for her talent in her field! Passionate about cake decorating, Cassie has written three books: Sugar Sensation in 2010, Airbrushing on Cakes in 2015, and The Kew Book of Sugar Flowers in 2018… all of which reflect her passion for her two favourite subjects, airbrushing and flowers!
Whilst running her own successful cake company, ‘Passion 4 Cakes,’ Cassie’s business has also expanded to included teaching, plus the development of her own product range to help baking enthusiasts on their own exciting journeys.
These days, Cassie no longer makes her own cakes, but instead devotes all her working time to training, and sharing her skills with those who want to learn, travelling throughout Europe (and as far as Australia!) to teach budding bakers! In her spare time, Cassie also loves working with mixed media, inks, watercolours, quilling and other creative arts and crafts.
