Gather the items you will need for this project.

Draw around the hoop onto some felt and cut out. This will back the project.

Cut a piece of patterned fabric to fit your embroidery hoop, then place the patterned fabric in to the hoop, ensure that it is taught.

Print out the pattern and trace on to the linen fabric with a water erasable pen or tailor chalk, then cut out the bunny. Light spray with water to remove any pen marks and leave to dry.

Position the bunny in the centre of the patterned fabric and stitch in to place. you can hand stitch or use a sewing machine, what ever works for you.

Make a pom pom with some white wool for the tale, leave 2 long ends. I used a pom pom maker for this as it made it super easy.

Make 2 small holes on the bunny where the tale will sit, I used a pocky tool for this.

Now thread the long ends of the pom pom through the holes and tie at the back of the project.

If you would prefer you could hot glue the tale in place.

Trim off the over hanging fabric so that there is enough to adhere this to the inner hoop.

Use a glue gun to adhere to the inner hoop and then adhere the felt backing to the back of the hoop to hide the back of the stitches.

Cut a strip of felt approximately 2” x 1”. Apply some glue at each end and place on the back at the top of the hoop. This will act as a hook for hanging.

All finished Happy making. Kelly Anne Jordan
