You Will Need:

  • Beating Heart Background die set
  • Neo Victoriana Rectangle die set
  • Cogs & Gears die set
  • White cardstock
  • Black cardstock
  • Red cardstock
  • Gold mirror cardstock
  • Backing paper


  1. Cut, score and fold white cardstock to create an 18cm square card.

  2. Cut a 17cm square from black cardstock and mat onto the card.

  3. Cut a 16.5cm square from white cardstock. Use a puddle technique with the ink pads and water to decorate the square. Leave to dry and mat onto the card with foam pads.

  4. Using the Neo Victoriana Square die set, cut Gear Square 1 and Gear Square 2 from black cardstock. Coat with silver gilding wax and trace over the embossed lines with black pen. Mat onto the card.

  5. Using the Weird West Saloon Boys die set, cut Edison twice, once from black cardstock and once from grey cardstock. Colour the grey die cut with pens and mat together.

  6. Mat the die cuts onto the card with foam pads. Stamp a sentiment onto the card.
