What You Need

Materials:

  • 2x White A4 Card Blank
  • Backing Papers
  • Large Topper
  • Glitter/Gems
  • Scissors
  • Trimmer
  • Double Sided Tape
  • Foam Pads/Silicone Glue
  • Score Board
  • Bone Folder
  • Quickie Glue Pen

Instructions:

  1. Measure across the long edge of one of the A4 cards to 21cm and cut down the card at this point. Measure across the other piece and put a mark at 21cm and 24cm. Score down the card at the 21cm mark and cut down the 24cm. This will create a small tab. Wrap the tap around the other piece of card and attach using double sided tape or glue. This will make a large square card blank.

  2. On the front score from the top left hand corner down to the bottom right hand, fold the top left corner down to the bottom right corner and re-enforce using your bone folder.

  3. Cut out and fix the backing paper to the card.

  4. Fix the large topper to the card, ensuring you only use glue or tape to the area of the topper that will stick to the covered area of the front.

  5. Cut out flowers/leaves and add around the edge as shown using foam pads or double sided tape.

  6. To give more dimension add print magic as shown.

  7. Cut out a sentiment, attach to the base card with foam pads, this will act as your stopper.

  8. Using a quickies glue pen, add glitter highlights.
