About Vikki Gorham

I cannot throw anything away - I was the mother whose children’s friends loved creating from the ‘junk box’!

I have always crafted; I just love trying new products, learning new skills and finding different ways to use something. I craft every day, whether it be a completed piece or trying new techniques.

I am that person who is inspired by the packaging, as well as the product… People save me the most random things (thanks guys!) Because of this, I recycle as much as I can; I love vintage and shabby chic, but also modern, and will craft onto just about everything… with anything!

Since finding Create and Craft, way back in the beginning, I would definitely class myself as a papercrafter. The beauty of papercrafting today, is it incorporates so many other mediums; there are no rules - just go for it!

Having had a very stressful job, I initially used craft as a form of stress relief, and then, through ill health, it became a change of career. I am so fortunate now to get to demonstrate, teach, and share my passion, and I am humbled that I inspire people. I am so passionate about what I do, I always get carried away with another idea, in the middle of creating the first! I know I have so much more to learn, but I also have so much to give.
