Billing dates for future installments cannot be customized or changed.
The option to pay by Flexi-pay is offered by Create and Craft in respect of specific products only and may be limited to a particular show or time period. Create and Craft customers can choose to pay by Flexi-pay online or by speaking with our Customer Services team on 1-855-246-9999.
If you have some Flexi-pay and some non-Flexi-pay items on the same order you may be offered the opportunity to pay for all products by Flexi-pay. If you don't want to do this or if you are not offered this option you will pay for any non-Flexi-pay items in full when you place your order.
If you order two products at the same time but with different payment schedules (a two and a three month term for example), you will be given the choice of paying for both over the longer time period if you want to.
If you are ordering two products at the same time with different payment schedules, you can choose to pay both over the longest schedule (see above) However, apart from this the number of installments will be set by Create and Craft when we make the products available to you.
All customers are eligible to use Flexi-pay when it is offered by us, however we reserve the right to refuse to allow payment by Flexi-pay.
Flexi-pay installments must be paid with a credit or debit card. At this time Maestro Debit cards and PayPal are not supported for payment by Flexi-pay, however you may pay for a product in full using a Maestro card or PayPal. We take payment of the first installment and shipping and handling when you place your order and we will collect payment of subsequent installments automatically from this card (on dates detailed in a letter that will be sent to you confirming your Flexi-Pay plan details) till the order is fully paid. We will only accept the card if the expiry date is after the date your last Flexi-pay installment is due. We will not accept payment by check.
If you wish to use a discount coupon on Flexi-pay, we will spread the discount proportionally across the eligible items in your basket reducing the item cost and then calculate the Flexi-pay schedule accordingly.
Yes. If you contact our Customer Services department, we can update the credit or debit card details held for you. If you change your card details while you have any Flexi-pay installments outstanding, then the next installment(s) due will be taken when you register your new card with us even if this is earlier than when the installment is otherwise due. This ensures that the credit or debit card details have been validated.
Please contact a member of the Customer Services team on 1-855-246-9999, who will be able to take payment from you for your remaining installments in one go and without penalty.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If we attempt to take a payment and your bank declines it, we will send you a letter to let you know. We will attempt to take payment again 14 days after the original installment date. However if your card is declined again, we may, subject to state law, charge up to $20.00 plus tax administration fee to your outstanding balance and this will be payable immediately along with your missed installment. This will also result in the suspension of your account with Create and Craft.
We will attempt to charge a payment three times before handing it over to a third party debt collection agency. If a third attempt to charge a payment is declined, we may, subject to state law, charge an additional $20.00 plus tax administration fee to your account. If you have still not paid, we may, subject to state law, charge a further $20.00 plus tax administration fee to cover the costs of transferring your file to a debt collection agency and subsequent debt management. All outstanding payments due for your items (the missed payments plus any future payments otherwise due at a later date) will be payable immediately in full, together with the combined $60.00 plus tax administration fee.
In the unlikely event that you have to return an item, we will refund your card for the amount you have paid so far for that item excluding shipping and handling (unless the item is faulty). If your order was for more than one Flexi-pay item and you still have further installments to pay, then we will adjust your schedule accordingly and notify you by letter.
Details on the Product Page If a product is available on Flexi-Pay you will see it on the Product Page. To find out which Flexi-Pay options are offered for an item, simply click on the 'Flexi-Pay Details' tab on the Product Page. You'll see what Flexi-Pay Plan options there are, how many payment installments you'll need to make, and the amount of each installment.

Once you've added one Flexi-pay item to your cart, you can add others (Even if they're not on Flexi-Pay). These additional items will also be included in your Flexi-pay plan*.
* Please check your cart before you check out, as some items may not be available for Flexi-cart.
Once you've added your items to your cart and reached the checkout, you'll be taken to an Order Confirmation page. Under Payment Options, select 'Add Flexi-Pay to my order'.

You'll receive a letter through the post, detailing your purchase and confirming payment amounts and the dates they'll be taken from your credit/debit card. You'll know exactly what you'll be paying, and when.
