Heartfelt Greetings

Ring in the holiday cheer with this fun Heartfelt Greetings papercraft kit. This card is decorated with red and green accents that reflect the holiday spirit.

  1. Cut, score and fold red cardstock to create a 7x5" tent card. Cut a 7x5-3/4"” rectangle from green cardstock and mat onto the card.

  1. Using the Chains embossing folder, emboss a 7-1/2x5-1/2" rectangle cut from white cardstock. Mat onto the card.

  2. Cut a 1x7-1/2" strip from white cardstock. Using the Beloved Borders die set, small scalloped border, cut two 7-1/2" repeated borders from green cardstock. Mat behind the white strip and mat onto the card, as shown, with foam pads.

  3. Using the Tudor Rose Tapestry die, cut one each from red and green cardstock. Cut into the green die cut to create a border across the white strip as shown. Trim the flower heads from the red die cut and paper piece them onto the green border..

  4. Stamp “Heartfelt Greetings” onto white cardstock. Using Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Four, 1x2", place around the sentiment, making sure it is centered and die cut. Using the Decorative Cartouche die, cut one from green cardstock. Mat the sentiment onto the cartouche with foam pads and mat the greeting onto the card.

  5. Wrap a length of red satin ribbon around the card, just under the fold. Secure on the front of the card and pinch the ribbon in the center with a glue dot. Attach the paper roses to the center of the ribbon to create a pretty cluster. Finish with faux pearls as shown.
