Instructions

Cut a rectangle measuring 4’75 by 6’75 inches on the Scan and Cut out of purple Card and one measuring 4’50 by 4’50 inches out of white card.

1

Add image BA-A067 to your Scan and Cut digital mat and resize to 3’95 by 3’15 inches, then add image BA-A057 and resize to 4’25 by 4’25 inches. Overlap the heart and the quarter circle and weld together, resize to height 4’50 by 4’25 and cut out of white card. This creates the Bride.

2

Add a rectangle measuring 4’50 by 4’50 inches, a square measuring 1’63 by 1’63 inches and a triangle measuring 3’00 by 2’00 to your digital mat. Overlap the triangle and square to the top of the rectangle but do not weld. Cut out of black card. This creates the groom.

3

Add the word ‘Congrats’ (LO-AC07) to the digital mat and resize to 1’90 inches by 4’19 inches. Add the bow from image AR-1002 and resize to 0’37 by 1’00 inches and cut both out of purple card.

4

Glue the black piece of card to the top of the white card. Then using the pen colour in the white square to create skin.

5

Glue the white welded shape on top of the black piece, to line the top of the shape up with the coloured-in square there will be some of the shape hanging over the edge, cut that off. Cut a rectangle measuring 0’25 by 1’63 inches out of purple card. Glue the strip of card on to the dress to create a belt. Then glue the bow to the shirt of the groom.

Helen’s Helpful Hint: In order to get a straight line turn the piece of paper over and cut along the line from the back so you get a straight edge.

6

Add a triangle to your digital mat and resize to 3’00 by 0’35 inches and cut twice out of black card.

7

Glue the thin triangles to the black card to create a collar on the groom’s coat. Using the purple Nuvo drops to create four buttons on the shirt. Then using the white Nuvo drops, add to the skin to create a pearl necklace and on to the belt for decoration. Glue Congrats to the bottom of the card and then glue the whole topper to the purple card and finally on to the card blank.
