  • 3 sheets of patterned papers from Paper Boutique Flutterby Butterfly Pad, 2 of one and one with big flowers printed on it.
  • Gems

From the cocktail collection and cut a rectangle 20cm x 14cm, 2 Doily Mats and a small circle.

From the 2 patterned sheets ( I used the spot option) cut 2 doilies and the mat from the Happy Birthday.

Cut out the printed flowers and butterflies from the other sheet, (alternatively you could use flower dies or punches).

At this stage all edges could be inked with distress ink to give definition to the layers.

Put all above items to one side.

Using double sided tape or glue layer the rectangle of patterned paper onto the rectangle of cocktail collection card and add to the front of the card.

Layer the patterned doilies onto the mats and the sentiment onto its mat.

Cut one of the doilies in half.

Cut one of the doilies in half.

Add the 2 halves to each side of the card and with foam pads add the second doily to the centre of the card so it is raised up.

Add the sentiment to the centre again with foam pads.

Layer up the flowers that you cut out of the patterned sheet or that you have die cut.

With foam pads to give depth add all elements to the card as seen in the picture.

Now add gems to the middle of the flowers and the body of the butterfly and around the doily.
