Cut three rosette dies from Mustard Card, trim off the scalloped side. Fold along the score lines, alternating mountain and valley and adhere them together to give you one long length.


Attach the beginning to the end to give you a continuous loop with the right side of the card on the outside. Cut two scalloped circles from the set, place one upside down on your work surface adding some hot glue.


Place the circular loop around this with the shaped outer edge on the work surface and the plain edge upwards. With your hands around the folded sections, gently push downwards and inwards, closing the centre so it reaches the hot glue, hold in place for a few seconds until it starts to set, add a little more hot glue and pop the second scalloped circle on top to neaten the centre.


Repeat with the Teal die cuts, this time trimming off the opposite patterned edge and cutting down to 4.5cm wide. Glue both rosette pieces together with hot glue adhering the straw in between them.


Die cut the outer wreath die four times from Pistachio Green card. Die cut the circle from Misty Grey, Teal Blue and Mustard. Attach the dots on the wreath die cuts to the bumps on the grey circle die cut, overlapping as you go.


Die cut the Happy Birthday sentiment into the Mustard and Teal being aware of where the ‘bumps’ will be on your top layer. Drop shadow the Mustard on top of the Teal, adhere this onto the Grey circle and pop the Teal star back into the Mustard die cut and attach to the wand. Finish with a double layered bow adhered to the straw with hot glue.
