  1. Make a card out of an A4 sheet of dusky pink mirror board and cut down to 5 ½” x 11”. Fold in half and create a sharp score along the edge.

  2. For the second layer, cut a black sheet of card and stick on three lines of double-sided tape; peel off the backing and stick on top of the mirror board. Your black piece should be slightly smaller than the mirror board so you have a border around the edges.

  3. For the next layer, cut another square but from lilac mirror board. This should be smaller than the black sheet. Place double-sided tape on the back. Take a length of ribbon and stick double-sided tape on the back; peel off the backing and stick horizontally along the centre of the card.

  4. Stick the third layer onto the black sheet of card.

  5. Now start on the layers for the die-cuts. The base layer should be cut out in black card and the middle layer in dusky pink mirror board. Dot some glue over the back of the middle layer die-cut and stick on top of the black die-cut. You want two lots of these designs.

  6. The third layer is for the top, so dot some glue on the back and place on top of your die-cuts. Your design will now be brought to life with definitive layers and colours!

  7. Glue your two panels down onto the front of the card you made earlier, across the ribbon.

  8. Finish off your card with a ribbon along one edge of your card.
